Small & Medium Business Administration, Selected 10 Excellent Companies for Technology Establishment


10 companies, including Miracom Inc., that have succeeded in technology establishment through continuous development of technology based on the challenging and creative entrepreneurial spirit, are selected as the excellent enterprises for technology establishment.
Today, Small & Medium Business Administration has reported that 10 companies are selected and awarded by ministry of Small & Medium Business Administration after collecting leading enterprises of 2008 for technology establishment, starting from end of Oct.

Selecting leading enterprises for technology establishment has started from the second half of the year 2008 in order to touch off a boom for starting up business and will be processed twice a year by selecting 5 enterprises within 7 years of establishment and 5 enterprises over 7 years of establishment.
Miracom Inc. (CEO Won-in Baek, Seoul), which was nominated as a growing enterprise, has succeeded in developing manufacturing management SW solutions for manufacturing companies with 100% of domestic technology and sold them not only in the domestic markets but also in the overseas markets in 10 countries.

Small & Medium Business Administration is planning to add power to starting up businesses by publicizing the selected enterprises as the excellent starting up business cases on one hand, and contribute to encourage boom for starting businesses by giving life to the depressed entrepreneurial spirit on the other hand. In addition, Investment Mart will be held to give administrative support for the selected enterprises and public relations will be supported through various kinds of events such as The Entrepreneur Festival, Korea 2009.
